dc.description.abstract | In this poster, the researcher will present results from a survey of academic librarians about their experiences of racial microaggressions. The research presented in this poster—results from a survey of minority and non-minority academic librarians across the US—is intended to provide a foundation upon which librarians and administrators of all races and ethnicities can begin a dialogue about racism within their academic institutions and within the profession. | en_US |
